wow! We won!!! my team won the challenge for the under20C.E.O group task and i must say i sure am glad my team members are very resourceful and creative, Lagos and the world, get ready cos Ile -Ige is gonna take over the fashion, entertainment and IT world, mark this day cos its the dawn of anew era for us. Now that the concert is over, my blog is back to its original look guys, hope you noticed, loll.

So, a recap on this interesting weekend, well, i had so much high hopes for my Friday outing but ended up not attending any festive season party (as untrue as it sounds, fellas i had no food, not even meat from sallah! ), after service i had to see Ludu, now done and off to Under20C.E.O office to get the order of the day for the program on Saturday at Golden Tulip Hotels, Festac link bridge, Lagos, Nigeria. We are done and i am off to my crib. Location for today is ''my bed''. As lame as that sounds, i actually spent my sallah in bed since all the places i had to go to was not reached, loll, i reached my bed at the least(laughing hard). Its past 6pm and Mr. Yarns just called me and wants me to atten a party on 206 park, i wish i can go but dont feel up to it. I ended up staying home all through. Its 2am and i am piecieing my presentation for the confereence by under20 C.E.O, 3 am and i am finally off to bed.

Saturday is here, i look so ready to win the task given to my group, and also to anchor the event today. At the venue now and we are about to start. Now you put in mind that the things you say shall come to pass as long as you have faith in it and confidently say it with a winning mentality, well lets leave all the talking, right from the day the task was given to us i confessed that we will win the prize money and so today, when we won with our business idea it was not a shock to me(with all humility).

We just rounded up and i am off to my house to go get ready for the show tonight(not holly madisons peep show though, lol), its The Beat Of Lagos Concert!!!, live at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, so ready to boogie woogie(dance i mean), let go and unwind with friends from the office (www.reel-radio.com). My my, must say the crowd there is massive! omg! who could have guessed this much crowd will turn up? well, duh, its the beat of Lagos yo! I just missed the Red Carpet and i sure hope after seeing all these pictures from my friends there already, i too will join in on the fun. I am rocking Enara Patrick's from ILE-IGE tonight, just hope i get there on in time for the party at least since i missed the red carpet. Wow, i can not make the show anymore, it sure hurts after all the preparation and all and my VVIP tickets! who do i shoot right now for this(loll, laughing hard and almost crying), well, there goes my saying, "man propose but God disposes", guess ILE-IGE would have to be launched on another red carpet but not tonight. Home now and mum can not believe her ears when i told her the story behind why i did not go, she did not even believe me at first but later consoled me. I am getting set for church on Sunday and my colleagues from the office "Reel-Radio" are there sending me pictures and it sure makes me feel terrible but I'd be fine, hey, shit happens, there is definitely why it happened and i am sure everything is for the best, at least i learnt again not to put my faith in Man!(how funny, i trust people too much, guess not anymore.

Oops! its Sunday already, time for service and off to church after my early morning prayers and shower of course. At church now and i miss my former sitting position which is with my department members, but wanted to remain at the other side of the church, its like a new therapy, lol, trust me, i know what i am doing (thus said the last sister and she ended up leaving the congregation, loll, not me though). This is my home and it sure feels good to sit where i always stay(they are my family too).

Just got another text from OJ and the session is for Monday, looking forward to it and i do know i will nail it yeah. My neighbour just asked me if i know the governor that was involved in a plane rash today and i had no idea about it(too much E! entertainment news that i have forgotten to watch my country news, how bad of you Vien!), no power though but i am surfing the net and read the news,

SUNTAI DAMBABA, TARABA STATE GOVERNOR

Taraba State Governor, Dambaba Sutai earlier reported to have died in a plane crash is alive but critically injured along with five other occupants of the planed owned by the state government. The governor was said to be piloting the plane from Janlingo to Yola Airport when it crashed.

The accident, according to the Spokesman of the Aviation Minister, Joe Obi involved a Cessna 208 which had six persons on board including the crew.
The flight he said departed Jalingo, Taraba State for Yola and reported contact with the Yola Control Tower (1720Z) and field in sight at 38 miles estimating landing at 1730Z.

“The pilot subsequently lost contact with Yola Control Tower and subsequent effort to raise the aircraft failed. Search and Rescue was immediately activated and site of incident located with all victims alive with various degrees of injuries. The victims have been evacuated to the hospital for treatment pending further investigation of the incident”, Obi said.

A Pharmacist by profession, Suntai also holds a Private Pilot Lincense (PPL) from the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria which he obtained in 2010.  Investigators from the AIB have been deployed to the site, so stated  Oketunbi, who added that the Cessna 208 marked 5N-BJM belongs to the Taraba State Government.

 Governor Danbaba Suntai of Taraba State has been flown to Germany for further medical treatment following injuries he sustained in Thursday’s plane crash in Yola, Adamawa State.

Suntai came out of the crash seriously wounded and had to be air lifted in an air ambulance to the National Hospital in Abuja from the Federal Medical Centre in Yola, where he was initially rushed after the crash.

On Saturday afternoon at about 2.pm, Suntai was transported to the airport from the Abuja hospital in a State House ambulance to board a Swiss Air ambulance for the trip to a hospital in Germany.

On Thursday, October 25, 2012, a Cessna 208, 5N-BMJ with Suntai as pilot and five others onboard crashed at a site near the Yola Airport at about 5.20pm local time.

The other victims of the crash including Suntai’s Chief Security Officer (CSO) Dangana Tino; Chief Detail, Joel Danladi; and Aide-de-camp (ADC), DSP Iliya Dasat are all being treated at the Federal Medical Centre in Yola.
