Billionaire US Talk show host Oprah Winfrey is the No.1 most powerful celebrity in the world according to Forbes, a position she's held four times in the past. She was runner up in 2011 and 2012.

Forbes calculates celebrity's earnings on income from tours, books, contracts, endorsements, movies and residuals, plus presence on social media and in the press for their placing.
