BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER, STAY SAFE.

So I have been under the weather this past couple of days and thinking on it, I am again reminded of the blessing of health. We have been on lockdown in Lagos for eleven days now and I am reminded of the blessing of being content with your own company because trust me I would have run mad by now. Just kidding.

I really don’t have much to say this week so I’ll just share video clips of all I have been up to. I got a new baby for my birthday, not the human kind. Calm down. You’ll see.

And the little flu won’t certainly stop my fitness journey so I added my work out video for y’all.

We will certainly overcome and come out even stronger when this is over.
