Hey you, wanna read something cool? Then don't stop visiting my page on a regular okay. I honestly feel like a super human these days after my ordeal and it feels freaking amazing! You have no idea what is going on but as I promised as always, I will fill you in, so here goes for today.
Started a new meal plan to suit this 007's lifestyle, since I can no longer eat red meat, milk, or drink soda, I have decided to replace it with healthier choices so that I may live long(Amen), and you should too. Here are the new substitutes.
DIET COKE OR ANY SODA OR CANNED JUICE/DRINKS:
Has been replaced by home made juices, from mango, spinach, kale, cabbage, carrot, beetroot, the list goes on and on.
RED MEAT:
Has been replaced by Fish(Every type except "Titus"), Shrimps, Jumbo Prawns, and sometimes I do sausages but soon I will cut it out completely out of my diet, as instructed.
EGGS:
Ha! Imagine, even eggs? Now I know why I am looking all trim, curvy and extremely slim. Eggs for me now can be just egg white when boiled, and if fried, I can only take half an egg(Cholesterol is no mans friend, trust me). Whilst I haven't found a replacement for eggs yet, I guess I'd just make do with the new routine.
MILK:
Got some? Well, I know its good for the bones, fortified with Iron and more nutrients, for now, it's just Tiger Nuts Milk till I figure this replacement out.
BREAD:
No more bread! Finally! This one didn't hurt at all cos I needed something to make me stop eating bread, I never liked it anyway so, good bye to that extra loaf, and say hello to PITA BREAD!
Well, there you have it, a new meal plan created strictly for Vien007 (I know how to make every situation look good right!) I'm pretty sure there are other meals I have had to swoop but will share them later, sure glad I can still be healthy whilst starting this new journey and diet plan.
