Living in Lagos is hard enough, not to mention dealing with the no light issue I’m currently faced with, but now, there’s a fix, my transformers have been out of service for 14 days, 7 hours, 3 minutes and 56 seconds which leaves me to just the generator set right? Wrong! My generator decided to pack up on me just when I needed it the most. Please picture me trying to turn on the gen at 10:56 pm and it makes a loud thud then stops, just like that. I summoned up the courage to fix it, changed the oil and till the next morning, the gen refused to work! Oh well, such is life, but why complain? Life and it’s challenges never last for long and definitely, I am one known for turnups so, here is my weekend turnup story (Try and keep up with me if you can)
“BLAND 2 GLAM @ 7”
So the Bland 2 glam @7 boat cruise and beach party was off the chain… Listen, s/o to Irene my protege who literally shopped my look for the beach party. Prior to this day, I was perturbed thinking about the perfect outfit to rock at the party when she offered to shop for me, surprisingly all the dresses she shopped were perfectly my size, I mean it fitted like kilode, which I never expected. Now to the party gist.

Now to the party gist.
Before I left the house, I had to battle with losing my hair cos the weave on would fit more compared to the braid I was carrying. I got to the beach looking glamorous and guess what guys, I got a tattoo!!! Courtesy Joe of #Bigbrothernaija. As if that was not enough, I also won the award of the best dressed at the party!!! Not my fault, but “that’s how stars do”.

I literally am still proving to be the bond lady as I made 2 events again, this time, two extremes apart, mainland and island! Making it to Ikeja from the island wasn’t as tough though but the tough part was figuring out what to wear which I did and the rest was history. I made it! Hype man Toppy Banks literally called out my name from the moment I stepped into the venue to when I hyped with him for the cutting of the cake till I headed out for home at 11:34 pm (you see, I done did it? Yasss, only the sassy classy bond lady could pull this off).

Remember this song! Eat Sleep Rave Repeat? Well that’s technically my routine till January 27, 2020. I guess you’d have to do exactly as I say next, cos this weekend is gonna be even bigger! I’m having a private beach hangout, Future awards, opening of a restaurant, mainland block party and I have a hot date( hahaha it’s not what you are thinking though, the date is my mum).
