HOLLI YAY --- ISSA DETTY DECEMBER! and DSTV BET CHANNEL 129 gave me front row seat to almost every award of the year 2019, from the BET'S to the BET Hip Hop Awards, to Black Girls Rock, to the Soul Train Awards, look here, this vacation was very necessary cos sometimes I just work work work
Noooooo! Not Rihanna work, work like literally clocking in hours and busting your butt off! Also, I caught up with the Experience, 2019, the exact moment I flipped through the channel, I saw Travis Green (My favorite US gospel artiste) on T.V. (And the rest they say is history right), it was a moment of happiness and a sudden flush over me as I had been waiting for a sign from God, and this was all I needed. 2020 approaches fast and just here, thinking, what would I do differently? I mean, 2019 was mapped out perfectly well, but it still found a way to bring tears to my eyes, I lost a friend, wedded a sister, broke off “another engagement” (all thanks to Seyi Shay by the way) after a post I saw online, and I finally got to weed out the people who pose as friends that are enemies, from my life. Aha! and how can I forget, the only one true friend I had traveled to another City (I miss you Chibuzor), so you see, I figured since I had a plan and none of it went according to my plan, how about this time around I plan nothing? After all, it’s like going to war and telling the enemy your plan, so how about you have no plan Vien, I thought to myself but then again, I plan to succeed especially in 2020.
Here is a list of what to do with 2020 though; I hope it helps you, because as for me and my household, I made it into 2020 November 15, 2019. I made peace with my feelings, told myself, “I am going to be just fine”, stopped talking to anybody except I needed to, stopped being overly self-disclosing, stopped making friends or enemies, and above all, only feeding the gram, twitter, watsapp, snapchat, what I choose to, unlike before when every and anything made it to social media.

Just to add, I feel as you read this, you should be more intentional with the amount of information you give the world about your life, only give what you are comfortable with, you don’t owe anybody anything, and haven said that, next week, how about we focus more on my work out routine?
