Nutrition! Nutrition! Nutrition!
This is all I need to survive and a little bit of exercise yeah? Honestly, imagine a world where you can afford the right meals at the right time, you know you will be extra healthy and looking all fresh( Fresher than Agege bread if you know what I mean). Do you like the cover picture? That’s the kind of "um" you get when you eat healthily.
Let’s just continue this episode on food ‘cos, in all honesty, the human body needs food, the right food to keep the body together, I figured some will say they need soul food too, but today, my focus is on the food we eat, through our mouth (lol).
I am really not huge on dieting and all, but when I want a toned body asides workout, I eat right, now what do I eat right? Peep the list.
Whole Grains
Legumes
Milk
Yogurt
Lots of Fish
Vegetables(Ugwu, Pepper, Tomatoes, Onions)
Mixed Fruits
Ginger & Garlic
Gouda cheese
Fruits
Spaghetti
Basmati
Oatmeal
Semolina
Chicken
Meat
Put in mind that whatever I eat, these things listed above must be incorporated in my daily meal roaster and I think you should add it to your list as well. I am totally about that eating healthy lifestyle, but while at it, do not starve yourself to look great, and when working out(I have been on a break for 2 weeks now, my pot belly is rising), eat well ‘cos that’s the only way you balance it!
