  If this annoying cold does not depart from me in the next 7 minutes, I will show it who the master of this body is (hot water, steam bath, menthol, mint teal and aboniki rub down). And there I am, licking Vitamin C tabs and fresh oranges, and this cold is proving stubborn, by the time I am through with it today it will wish it never stopped by my lungs.

So Friday is here again, but this time, with the flu(I just hope I can hold my show down without coughing for the whole world to hear, since it internet radio.) and it ain't funny at all. I am up and ready for the days activities, got to go to the hospital and also pick Ego (our guest for today at www.reel-radio.com), then off to reel radio studio, then back to the Island, between you and I, I really have no clue as to how I intend to achieve all this but through Christ who strengthen's me, I will get there.
