LATE BRITTANY MURPHY (NOV 10, 1977- DEC 20, 2009)

    Watched the movie "little black book" today by actress, Late Brittany Anne Murphy(November 10, 1977 – December 20, 2009) and I got a long list of lines from the movie I should share with you. We all live our lives planning it the way we feel its best but the real truth is, we spend a life time preparing for a life time, and those plans may never end up in that happy ending we plan, we write our own stories and each time we think we know the end, we don't! John Lennon said "life happens when you are busy making other plans" you just have to live!, stop planning your moves and let life happen, find your own happiness.

Nigerian R n B singer Goldie Harvey is dead!, she will be missed, it hurts because I know she just started fulfilling her long awaited dreams and now its been cut short.(death respects no one) Let's live while we can, because one day, we all will answer the makers call, but till then, its me, the miracle of life and the joy of the Lord our God.

August 9, 1963- February 11, 2012Dear Whitney, you too died on this same month 11th 2012, I miss you, and I will always, always love you.

Everyone expects me to talk about the day(if I spent it with a special someone and with gifts and all), but sorry to disappoint y' all, I stopped celebrating Val's day like 3 years now, (please, this has nothing to do with the ex. or the last guy who tried to woo me kapish!). Today is a mighty fine day, and on a day like this I usually take myself out to a very good restaurant(Chinese preferably), sit down and order the best meal (today would have made it my 3rd year of such tradition), eat well and address a beautiful valentines day card to my self (call me nuts, at the least I am better than the girl next door who is 35 and crying her eyes out while listening to Lil Wayne's "How to love")

Haven said that, for desert, I usually go all the way to the Island to the best ice cream spot(names withheld given that now the best of the best is finally in town but maybe I'd try it next year), but today is rather quite different for me, check out my list of why this day is different.

I RECENTLY DISAPPEARED FROM CHURCH(please don't ask why, Mr. Yarns is all over my case cos of this.)
I FOUGHT WITH ALL MY MALE FRIENDS.(loll, well not like any of them would have popped the question though so its actually good I did them a favour.)
I HURT JAY (I swear down, it was not part of the plan but in the end, I lost a friend, technically)
I AM DOWN. (this has everything to do with the red robot.)
AND MOST OF ALL, I AM EXPERIENCING THE SAME EXCRUCIATING PAIN I FEEL EVERY MONTH BUT THIS TIME, ITS WORSE THAN EVER(gosh! I can't wait to have babies and get over with this ish, arrgh!)

So, with these new changes above, my valentines day was rather different, I got no calls, no messages, no texts, not even a ping but guess what? my manager in the U.S sent me an app teddy bear with roses and a message that said "Happy Valentines Day", and for me, that did it. Thanks Tokzy B(Mr. Kool Naija Productions. U.S.A).

Thursday morning and I am still in bed, experiencing the worst pains ever, mum even had to get a hot water bottle for me, by 11 am, my eyes were wide shut!, 12, still no sign of improvement. then by 1 pm, she woke me with the biggest bowl of eggusi soup and hot fufu (its a meal made out of cassava root after processing and turned with a ladle till it gets solid.), now that's what I call a wake up call, laughing hard. Took my drugs and by 3pm I was up and felt much better. Turned on the generator since no power for a day now (big ups to Mr. President for the lie he told on CNN to Christiane Amanpour), watching 1000 ways to die on cable and I must say above all that I feel, and what's been happening, it truly is a miracle that we live and survive everyday and I am forever grateful to God for his love, endless love, so on that note, God is my true valentine.

6 pm and still no words from anyone so I decided to send out a few valentines day messages(to my sis, friends and few enemies, smiles), well its funny because everyone responded right back immediately. Had a nice time though with mum, she is my earthly true love, shes been there for me and always will be(I can read someones mind now reading this saying in his head: "marry your mum then", laughing so loud now), we are both watching the movie, "The Lake House", which features Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves

The Lake House is a 2006 American romantic drama film remake of the South Korean motion picture Il Mare (2000). It was written by David Auburn, directed by Alejandro Agresti, and stars Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock as Alex Wyler and Kate Forster, respectively an architect living in 2004 and a doctor living in 2006. The two meet via letters left in a mailbox at the lake house they have both lived in at separate points in time; they carry on correspondence over two years, remaining separated by their original difference of two years. For Alex the time goes from 2004 to 2006. For Kate the time goes from 2006 to 2008.
This film reunites Reeves and Bullock for the first time in a film since they co-starred in Speed in 1994.

Just in case you have not seen it, well do so now and I am sure you will thank me later, I cried at some point I guess but can not just remember where, ah! yes, it was at the end.

So many ladies today discovered they are dating the same guy, some discovered their friends are dating their father! some dressed up in red and white, some got gifts and some got nothing(me, loll) while some used today to know who truly cares and who doesn't, but for me, today is just any other day.
