Its amazing how we all get connected to one another by work, family, love and life, well, my Ex. is at it again, and this time I really do not know what he is up to but I promise myself that I will try to be as civil as I can with him (yes! show him the way to Christ). Had the best Sunday evening ever! aside painting my sports men face for the super bowl games, I had a fun filled night with a whole lot of junk food, for example (well here is the honest truth), I had a small portion of the nasty rice I apparently ate without warming on Sunday, got back from church and drank 2 bowls of yellow garri (a dry "grain like" food like cereal also made out of cassava), then later in the evening had rice again with stew and meat, then during super bowl, had hobnobs the creamy chocolate biscuit, had juice, then had maltaser chocolate balls, then round off with a cup of creamy coffee drink (at this rate, my body tells me no, but I wont quit, guess Young the Giant sang that song about people like myself, laughing hard).
Like that isn't enough, I continued later that evening with soya milk and over oiled yam pottage garnished with excessive groundnut oil(at this point you need to sing along the song I posted, here is the other version with the lyrics), didn't allow my food to digest then went to bed full,

guess you can tell what happened, I literally woke up sick by 8 pm in the evening with vomit all over the floor (hmm, guess this told secret will make Jay think twice before he steps into my crib again, smiles), for a second there I guess mum thinks all sorts(Kim Karashian and Kate Middleton's true present day condition, loll), but in the end she too confessed she didn't like the yam.
This caused me my sleep and dinner, because after that, I was even more scared to eat anything (but I liked the fact that my tummy is flatter), and today, I finally had a decent meal after the show in the city with Oscar. Met Provabs for the first time and my oh my, he is real, and a Lasuite.

Had a quick stop at shop rite (Ikeja) to meet with my friend who is a designer(that's all I have to say about Omini). Straight to Nigerian Brewrie to see Mr. Sam, oh by the way, there he is with Gbenga Adeyinka the 1st.
