What a fabulous day. The second day of the program Lift, and the word i can say today is, "I Qualify", for every great thing God has for me, as always, now and most especially, forever. Now, don't say this lady is going all religious, i am simply fulfilling my purpose as you should too.
Woke up today with so much slimy stuff in my eye and i know why, its the dirt from 2 nights of no sleep that came clouding my sight this morning, but asides that, i had a full 9 hours sleep today and it sure felt good. Had my breakfast and started with the days task. Went for lift at about 5pm and i must say, today, i got so much stare than the usual from everyone, and trust me, i know why. My regular I.T outfit is usually a pair of jeans and a top with a jacket but today i decided to look more sophisticated and wore a pair of heels instead of my usual trainers or snickers or toms and a skirt plus an office blouse to match, wow! i felt so uncomfortable cos the guys in my department made me realise i was in the wrong outfit with the stares, even super k went in for a hug today for the first time since we've been chat buddies, he sure is hot but today, I'm guessing he sees me as a lady for once, loll, on this note, i hope they don't bank on it to see me in this outfit anytime soon, laughing hard. Moving on, as i usually say, i now have a way to communicate with you all live on my blog, so keep your eyes fixed here for future links, id let you know exactly when I'm coming on so you don't miss out on it. The program is over for today so i look forward to the next one tomorrow.
I just saw Whizzy and he and his wife are going to visit Tai at the hospital, shes a good friend so, i decided to tag along. For the record, i am not a fan of this Hospital she's at, so hopefully, by tomorrow she will be moved, imagine mosquitoes struggling for bed space with the patients (hiss), if one comes here with just typhoid be sure to leave with malaria symptoms too, loll. So its 11:45 pm and we have to go, i must say i had a great time as funny as it sounds and its all thanks to Whizzy and his wife, Kells, this is one loving, happy and wonderful couple who truly are friends first before any other, they let me in on the Netty gritty of relationships and give me some insights too on how their married life has been, with gist's that made me laugh hard and the ones that made me smile, the one that made me say "aw" and the one that made me have a serious look on my face, be rest assured, I'm no longer gonna say No?Yes if i really don't have a reason to say so to any potential .........(fill in the gap). Well I'm home now and mum is fast asleep, just got a call from Na Na A.K.A Aladdin and I'm off to bed. See y' all later alligators, be kind to one another.
