WEEKEND SPECIAL 19

Who could have guessed that the "Vien Smart" can fall ill, lol, well, that's my true story guys, but rest assured, i am healed, its just some funny fever and malaria symptoms i feel right now, but that will not stop me from blogging tonight. I must say i have had a roller coaster fun filled weekend and here is the juicy details up till now(by typing now i mean till the fever struck).

VIEN SMART

So, T.G.I.F came and i was set and dressed up to the studio, i feel pretty tired from the day before, had a Thursday that was fun, and work filled but managed to sleep on time(1 am, how early could that get, loll), but right before i slept i got a message from my agent to be at the M.T.N open audition at DDB for fresh faced models. Woke up 7am, said my morning prayers, jumped into the shower and was good to go. Touched down and ready to go audition with Jenny( that's my sis sister in-law so i guess that's my sister too right?right!), we had to go get fuel first before going to DDB, we got there and the whole world was there(like seriously, did theses models sleep right outside the compound of this add agency or what?), i immediately left the premises given that my agent did not give me a clear message of what this kind of casting was about, this right here is so not my style so i am off.

PART HALF OF THE USUAL SUSPECTS (PRESENTER N DJ) OF REEL RADIO

Jenny just dropped me off at a taxi spot, i got in and off to Reel-Radio. Just got into the studio and finally met Paul, my my, he looks way cuter in person than in pictures you know, at first i was all sweaty(hello!, not because i was nervous, duh, it was freaking hot outside, loll), then i cooled off in the studio, so after his show on air we hot the chance to talk and take some pictures too and exchanged contact then back in to the studio i went because Dr. Ohax was going to interview me on the show "GOT FAME" on reel radio.(ladies, if you want to listen to Paul do his thing on the radio or to confirm why my smile in this picture with him is too wide, then log on to www.reel-radio.com ) singing Lady Gaga "Love Game ", hmm, somebody stop me, lol

                                                        PAUL AND VIEN007

VIEN007 IN THE BUILDING YO

Looking forward to have Tolu Playar on Got Fame, he has a new sizling track on the air waves right now in the U.S and i am sure every body is going to love his track just as much as myself and his fans in the U.S love it, here is a quick bio on the artiste.
TOLU PLAYAR

Tolu Playar, hot Nigerian American based artist who lives in Maryland-USA, worked with a few Nigerian music acts like, LKT, Lord of Ajasa, Danny Young, Klever J and a few American artistes is back after 2 years break with 2 smash hit singles, Am so blessed & Okoto Azonto both produced by Fliptyce the producer of Akon & Psquare - Chop my money, also hit song by May D- Ile Ijo. The two hooked while Fliptyce came to the USA on a music promo tour and liked each other ideas and did the blazing smash singles, songs has already started playing in a few Nigerian FM stations and spreading like wild fire all over the internet. Am so blessed is highly inspiratitonal, uplifting and motivating while Okoto Azonto is for the street, to dance your butt out. The Song will be in most Radio stations in Nigeria ,UK, USA before the end of the year, video shoot will be early next year because of the weather.

SOKOLAD CHOCOLATE
HEAD CHOCOLATIER, AFOLABI OGUNBANNJO OF SOKOLAD CHOCOLATE

Moving on, It sure was fun being interviewed as an artist on air where i present as well, though i didn't see that one coming, but get ready guys, my songs are going to be all over the air waves sooner than expected. Done now and we have a beautiful young  Head chocolatier of SOKOLAD CHOCOLATE in the studio by the name Afolabi I. Ogunbanjo, now i must say on this segment "Young Hip And African" everybody was just chewing away candies and smiling, i too found my self dancing to "I believe in miracles by         " in the studio for her over her nice chocolaty scrumptious delicious yummy candy and chocolate bar, the sweetest was the bar that had pepper and the ones with marsh mellows was just off the hook, i sure will pay her a visit sooner than she thinks i am already following her on twitter @mysokolad, do same guys, you might just get a treat too or call 08034281054 for more details.

My show is on now and i am trying to hurry it up so i can go home to get my clothes for the premier of the James Bond 007 new movie, "SKY FALL'' which is sponsored by Heineken and the big reveal is also tonight at the Federal Palace Hotel, and given that i go by the name Vien007 music wise i felt it is only but fit for my presence to to felt on the red carpet so i must be there. Home now and just packed my bag for the weekend on  the Island(at this point i am already exhausted but must go back to the Island for a family weekend and fun weekend. Back now at  the Beach house on the same street with the SilverBird Cinemas where the premier of Sky Fall is taking place and cant find Dr. Ohax anywhere with my ticket! i am pissed! but hey, still going to see the movie any other day and must hang out tonight with Jenny and my friends.

THE WILLIAMS SISTER AT A PRESS BRIEF IN LAGOS NIGERIA

2 am and we are back home. Checking out the Williams sisters pics on the court today (Venus and Serena Williams live in Lagos- Nigeria, playing, and i must say half the people in the crowd have no idea why they are there, loll, they just want to get a glimpse of the sisters who play some wicked bad ass tennis) but the best part was watching Venus dance to D'banj''s Oliver Twist and winning the game, guess their next stop to South Africa indeed will be another grande experience for the sisters, make sure when you follow the link, look right under the umbrella to the left and see Serena Williams dancing too to the song.

. off to lala land.
SATURDAY MORNING PASSING BY THE GALLERIA
Saturday morning seems pretty heavy for my eyes but i have to wake up now because my sister and i are going to the famous Ijora market and Lagos Island Market. Never knew how large these markets really are till i joined in on the crowed as we walked the whole mile(now i can not feel my legs anymore but i can not stop because we are shopping and you know women just love to shop, loll). The Trade Fair is on also, i should stop by this week by God's grace, just passed by Tafawa Balewa Square T.B.S as we call it, and must say i actually am glad the fair is back to where it should be and where it originally used to be, guess there will be better security now unlike before at the other location close to Okokomaiko, along Badagry Express way.
OPENING OF THE 2012 TRADE FAIR

Back home after 6 hours of walk about town which in this case is walk about market and we are exhausted but she has to cook. 9 pm and i am off to Festac so i can make the Sunday morning service.

Sunday morning and i feel weak and sick, mum came to feel my temperature and she screamed out! i am burning hot but kept telling her i am fine (guess i am trying out the power of confession with her), she made my meal and locked me in, given that she knows i will force myself out of bed ill and drag myself to church, but she did not need to do that because by the next time i opened my eyes, it was 5:10 pm, i had been in bed longer than the required sleep time and it feels like my head is bigger than the rest of my body, she opened up the door and that was even how i woke up, she got me some pain killers again and made my meal. At this point i need to go take a shower then try and log on to www.davidschristiancentre.org for the live broadcast of love dating and marriage, i guess i missed it so i decided to surf the net(i know, what a weird way to relax my head you say right! well that's me.), while surfing i discovered something tragic happened over the weekend in the Nigerian Fashion and Entertainment Industry, Remi Osholake the creative director and designer of REMI-LAGOS IS DEAD.

She was One of Nigeria's top fashion designers. Friends and colleagues of the designer confirmed that she died of cancer on Saturday at the age of 51 in London,United Kingdom.
Born Remi Osholake, the designer made clothes for high class Nigerian women and she was regarded as one of the best in the industry. She was rushed to London about two weeks ago and she eventually died of Cancer.
In her profile, the East Croydon School of arts and design trained fashion designer has featured at major fashion events across Africa and Europe. May her gentle soul rest in peace, Amen.

We as humans should always create awareness for good causes. The current one in progress now asides cancer is the awareness of the virus, H.I.V, and in doing so, a good friend of mine is on with a campaign where by 3 celebrities would unveil their nude shots for the deadly disease campaign
follow @ProjectGetNaked: Your favourite celebs will be taking a Get Naked photo.. I know @sheifunmi will be getting naked for sure!  For more details follow him up on twitter.

Got to sleep now, and see my doctor today for proper check up and treatment, see y' all later alligators, be kind to one another.

AURA COOL Wednesday morning and I feel…. Well I can’t say, but I know this too shall pass. Woke up feeling good about the day, just got a call from my new found friend (what? You expected me to say my new found love right? Not so soon guys, still basking in the single mood) Aura-Cool , he really is so different from a lot of dude’s out there, I found myself paying close attention to all he had to say regarding relationship, sex, love, life, and now I have myself thinking, this guy might make a great friend with benefits, he looks like Justine Timberlake and I look like Milla Kunis, let’s get together and do a movie I guess(loll, just kidding), but really, could he be the next love Dr.?   DAN AS A JUDGE ON NIGERIA'S GOT TALENT   I, DAN AND MERCEE, XMAS LAST YEAR Speaking of Dr. Love, the real Dr. Love’s birthday is here finally! Dan Foster aka The Big Dawg turns.. I dare not say the age (laughing hard) but the most important part is that he is adding a ful

HAPPY LAW SUIT Not Kris Humpries though

Oh my, where is my happiness? who took it and why? oops! there it is, I found it. They are going down! God help me, laughing hard. GUESS THIS IS THE PART WHERE LEMAR TELL KRIS, "HEY, I'M NOT THE ONE YOU PUT A ROCK ON IT, SO SADDLE UP SOLDIER AND PLAY FAIR". Well, I know someone or persons who at the end of the day, took their own law suit to the court "literally", check out former bromance buddies, Kris Humpries, the ex husband to Kim Kardashian and Lemar Odom, the husband to Khloe Kardashian Odom, in a one on one basketball game between them on the court at the play offs between  LA Clippers and Brooklyn Nets (this is the part Jim Carey goes off and says, its show time") I smell a cold war. THERE IS A REASON FOR EVERYTHING! Moving on, I had a very stress filled day on Monday which caused me to literally sleep off till 4 am on Tuesday morning, thank goodness I woke up just at the nick of time before the driver got here(home). At the studio and

THE DAY AFTER LIFE BEFORE HER EYES

VIEN 007, BIRTHDAY GIRL PHOTO BY MAX GREY MARCH 27 1988 - MARCH 27 2013? Time of death? of what? Not me oh, not anyone, but my insanity, heart ache, being broke (laughing so hard), no love, and all the bad, and ugly things that was in my path(I wish I didn't have a heart, Waje knows how I feel, see her new video.) At the end of the day, my day came and passed and I kissed the drought goodbye, its all brand new for me just like the video above....I will be back to finish up, and oh that building that got burned yesterday was really burnt down to almost nothing but in the end, the fire was finally put out, I should say more about how my birthday went, but believe me, the day felt more like a funeral than a birthday, up till the point mum served me my birthday meal (Pomo and Beans with Yam and Plantain), then I went to church to praise God www.davidschristiancentre.org and then finally, Amz and Ugo did make it awesome in the end, by surprisingly taking me out to get a
