Well! well!! well!!! i do not know where to start from, but lets just say, i have been like this for the past 5days, ill i mean, but not to worry, Vien is getting much better, and on that note, there really was not special weekend moments, cos i was in bed the whole week end.
The Olympics kicked off finally on Friday, July 27th, 2012 and all i had to say while watching the ceremony from my my couch by the way was O.M.G! the Queens jump from the helicopter with a fictional British spy action hero agent created by Ian Flemming, "James Bond", jumping off with the Queen was the high light of the night, don't forget, its all make belief, that was not really the Queen, which brings me to the part where i start to think now how i am going to tell my mum that it was not really the Queen we watched jump out the Helicopter. Ex-Beatle Paul McCartney led the crowd in a chorus of the anthem. The countries representatives were all colorful on the ground display in their outfit as they matched, the music, display and of course the fireworks was magnificent, i must say, the British crew really rocked the stadium, so sad i didn't witness it first hand. Moving on, the day's first game began and the first winner of the gold medal is form China, Chinese shooter Yi Siling won the first gold medal of the London 2012 Olympic Games with victory in the women's 10m Air Rifle and so far, China takes the lead in the highest medals collected so far with a total of 17 medals, bronze, silver and gold inclusive, followed by U.S.A with 17 medals also and then France with 7 medals.

Saturday is just another day for me as i had no energy to do much other than to sit back relax and try to force a decent meal down my throat because right now, i have no appetite and every meal i eat tastes like crap.
THE NEW GOOGLE SEARCH BAR ICON, i just love these guys, loll.
Its Sunday, still down with a fever that i even missed service, learnt later on that the Team Arsenal guys form the U.K are here, live in Lagos-Nigeria for an Event for Malta Guinness, i couldn't make it but here are the pictures from what went down, our own home girl, top Nigerian dancer who even has a world record in the Guinness book of Records for dancing the longest time ever without sleep, Kaffy even schooled the Arsenal Crew on how we get down here check it out.
I cant shake the feeling that i even feel worse than before after the medication so i began to think that the drugs are not working, but i was wrong by Monday morning, cos when i woke up, every thing seemed just fine, fine enough that i could even go wrap up my jingle production that i couldn't finish up last week cos i was sick. As we were recording, i tried to tweet and found out that #BOKOHARAM was trending and suddenly read the news about the brutal killings again that rocked Kano City in Nigeria, and the bomb blast in Sokoto also,
Explosions at two police stations in the northwest Nigerian town of Sokoto killed at least two people, witnesses and police said. Officials said the blasts on Monday at the Yan Marina police station in the city centre and the Unguwar Rogo station were both caused by suicide bombers. Up to 30 people were injured in the blasts, the Red Cross said. I was left speechless for a while and then later we all aired our views in the studio about these killings, i just wish and still pray that one day all the brutal killings in the North will end, just like Janelle Monae sang,
"This is a cold war, but do you know what you are fighting for?"
I sometimes think the Boko-haram sect does not really know.... We are recording and Eric from West African Idols just popped in on us, such a humorous man, he actually got us goodies while recording, he just left now and i am super excited that he saw me as a cutie and didn't even notice if i was sick or not. We just finished and i am heading home before night falls. Home now and mum made my favourite meal, just gonna eat, take my pills and off to LALATogolistic and OOla remembered to say whats up! to me. Sleep time folks, got two meetings with B.K.Y and also Kenworth tomorrow bright and early, see y' all later alligators, be kind to one another and here is my celebrity look alike for the week. ITS ME! Just got heads up that i and Keke palmer look alike, check us out. Nah, these pips got to be joking, i cant see the resemblance, or what do you think?
